How does Nannies247 work?

Browse our directory of caregivers, filter by location and experience, and send an enquiry directly to any nanny you'd like to meet. Your message goes straight to her — you communicate one-to-one from there.

How are caregivers reviewed and verified?

Every profile is reviewed by our team before it goes live. We check identification, references and relevant certifications (e.g. CPR / First Aid) where provided. Nannies247 is a listing platform — we are not a recruitment or placement agency.

Is it free to browse?

Yes — browsing profiles and sending enquiries is free for families. We're funded by the small monthly subscription caregivers pay to list.

How do I contact a caregiver?

Open any nanny's profile and click 'Enquire'. Your message is delivered directly to the caregiver, who is notified by email and can reply to you through her dashboard.

What if I have an issue with a caregiver I found here?

Please tell us as soon as you can — email info@nannies247.co.za or use the contact form. We take concerns seriously and review every report.
