At Nannies247, we strive to provide a valuable platform that connects families with trusted care professionals. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing a membership.

1. Membership Fees

Nannies247 offers the following membership options:

Membership fees are charged in advance and provide access to the Nannies247 directory and its associated features for the selected subscription period.

2. Monthly Memberships

Monthly membership fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No partial or pro-rata refunds will be issued for unused time remaining in a monthly subscription.

3. Annual Memberships

Annual memberships are purchased at a discounted rate in exchange for a 12-month commitment. Annual membership fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed. If you choose to cancel your annual membership, your profile will remain active until the end of your paid annual subscription period.

4. Profile Removal

Members may request the removal of their profile from the directory at any time. Removing your profile does not automatically cancel your subscription or entitle you to a refund.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting Nannies247. After cancellation:

• Your membership will remain active until the end of your current paid subscription period.
• No further subscription payments will be charged.
• Your profile may be removed or unpublished once your membership expires.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests will only be considered where:

• A duplicate payment has been made;
• An incorrect amount has been charged due to a billing error by Nannies247;
• We are legally required to provide a refund.

7. Founding Member Pricing

Founding Member pricing is a limited promotional offer. Membership fees paid under this promotion are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person. If a Founding Member cancels their subscription, they may lose access to the promotional pricing if they choose to rejoin at a later stage.

8. Directory Visibility

Nannies247 provides a platform that allows members to showcase their professional profiles to families. Membership does not guarantee:

• Employment
• Interviews
• Contact from families
• Placement
• Job offers
• A minimum number of profile views or enquiries

Success depends on many factors, including profile completeness, availability, qualifications, references, location, and the needs of families using the platform.
